IDGA recently wrote a report about our partner’s the Eisenhower Center efforts to benefit the Women Veterans community. The Eisenhower Center is a rehabilitative center that focuses primarily with individuals with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, substance abuse concerns, and dual diagnosis. Their One Vision for the Women Veterans program is clear giving Veterans their lives back, a second chance. Our nation’s Veterans have provided such sacrifice in supporting the mission critical goals of the United States, and as such, the Eisenhower Center aims to help give Veterans the skills they need to adapt and overcome, give them positive memories during the program, but most importantly, revel in the small victories.
