Andrew Palla is Chief Growth Officer at iPerformX and a recognized leader in immersive and adaptive training technologies for the defense and training applications. With over 20 years of experience in aerospace engineering and defense innovation, he has led the development of advanced training systems deployed across U.S. and allied military installations.

He has served as Principal Investigator on major programs including USAF Pilot Training Transformation (PTT), Multi-Place Mixed Reality, Virtual Training for Air Dominance, and US Navy Project Avenger. His expertise spans XR systems, machine learning integration, training management platforms, and real-time simulation. Mr. Palla holds an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois and an A.B. in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Chicago. He has authored 50+ publications in defense simulation and training.
