Zane Tomlinson

Zane Tomlinson is a seasoned member of Boeing's Global Services Business Development team, specializing in innovative training systems, digital aviation, and aircraft sustainment. He focuses on securing fast-jet training contracts for Undergraduate and Advanced Pilot Training programs supporting 4th and 5th generation aircraft. Zane is dedicated to optimizing pilot and maintainer solutions, emphasizing sustained competency through adaptive, data-driven instruction.

His expertise spans leveraging research and development to advance cutting-edge training and sustainment technologies, including Embedded Training, Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) systems, Ground-Based Training Systems, and Model-Based Sustainment and Logistics. These innovations aim to enhance pilot throughput, maximize aircraft availability, and drive cost-effective, performance-based solutions.

Zane currently supports Boeing's T-7A Red Hawk, the U.S. Air Force's next-generation Advanced Pilot Training System (APTS), which is designed to modernize pilot education and sustainment. With over 30 years of experience at Boeing, Zane has led successful captures across Boeing platforms. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA, as well as master's degrees in software and systems engineering, and undergraduate degrees in Business and Engineering.
