Colonel (Ret.) Vince Goulding, USMC, is Director of the Experiment Division, Marine Corps Warfighting Labb. He logged 30 years service as an infantry officer. One of his assignments as a colonel was Director of Concepts Division at the Marine Corps Combat Development Command ('96-'98), during the days when the Marine Corps began looking at OMFTS and STOM.
