Captain Honig, a 30 year veteran of the Miami Dade Police Department and a 25 year veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve discusses Seaport Security. He is in charge of security for the port of Miami, which has over 4 millions transitors and 7 million metric tons of cargo leaving the port each year. He also conducts port assesments and security reviews.
