Sequester Friday: White House Meeting Ends With No Deal

President Obama met with Congressional leaders at the White House on Friday but there was no last-minute compromise to avoid sequestration. Some observers even suggested the meeting was little more than a photo opportunity. The failure to reach any kind of agreement means government agencies face dealing with a $85 billion cut from their budgets between now and October 1.
