Our company is developing an acoustic sniper detection system, soldier mounted and vehicle mounted. Reports bearing, elevation and range to the shooter. Was wondering if anybody could give me some suggestions as to how you (the user) would want that information presented, visually and/or audibly. Integrated into your rifle sight, on a pda, wrist watch, speaker on your combat vest, earphones, integrated into your comms system? The objective is to provide additional situational awareness without hindering that which you already have. All suggestions welcome.
