Cyber Warfare and cyber attack are becoming more pronounced in today’s information technology lingo. We now have a "cyber command" that has morphed from one organization to another. Currently it’s the U.S. Cyber Command, or USCYBERCOM, and it’s under the control of the National Security Agency or NSA.
