Longer Lines at Airports as Spending Cuts Hit the TSA

The first visible signs of the sequester appeared on Monday as long lines formed at airport security checkpoints, with Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano warning of coming travels delays.
Mrs. Napolitano is asking passengers to get to the airport extra early because spending cuts have already led to the end of overtime for Transportation Security Administration officers.
