Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified to Congress over the attack on a US mission in Benghazi, Libya, last year that resulted in the death of U.S. envoy Christopher Stevens and three officials.
Appearing before the Foreign Relations Committee of the Senate, Mrs. Clinton said: "I take responsibility," referring to the deaths and, in part, the security lapses before the attack.
