The issue of veterans’ mental health was brought sharply into focus at the weekend with the shooting death of former Navy SEAL Chris Kyle.
Mr. Kyle, who became known as America’s No. 1 sniper, was killed at a gun range on Saturday in Texas. Eddie Ray Routh, a veteran who served in Iraq and Haiti, is facing charges of murdering Mr. Kyle and a second man, Chad Littlefield.
