Admiral Wayne Justice on Maritime Homeland Security

Admiral Wayne Justice, USCG who serves as the Commander of the US Coast Guard District 5 shares his thoughts on Maritime Homeland Security. His district covers the mid-Atlantic states and he dicsusses in detail some of the security challenges and also the gaps and opportunities he sees as most important. Further, he speaks to the future and what it holds for maritime security issues on the East Coast of the United States and for the U.S. Coast Guard. He covers a diverse AOR that encompasses a large and heavily populated coastline and many inland waterways.
