CAPT Mike Carsley, Section Head for the Navy's UAS Requirements, discusses demands, vision and concepts for U.S. Navy UAS from the persective of his organization at the Pentagon at IDGA's UAV Summit in April 2010. He details how the SECNAV and CNO have made it a priority to become a leader in the unmanned realm. He also talks about how the Navy is in a unique position to use unmanned systems in all four environments to include air, water, subsurface, and on ground.
