Exploring TACOM’s Vehicle Realignment Strategy

Colonel William Boruff, Program Manager, Transportation Systems, examines the realignment strategies for the Army’s fleet of vehicles and highlights the various mission and aims of the Joint Combat Support Systems, TACOM.
