Dr. Graham M. Kent is the Director of the Nevada Seismological Laboratory and Professor in the Department of Geological Sciences and Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno. He is a project leader of ALERT Wildfire, a consortium of universities (University of Nevada, Reno, University of California San Diego, and the University of Oregon) integrating state-of-the-art Pan-Tilt-Zoom fire cameras and associated tools to help firefighters and first responders. ALERT Wildfire is currently partnered with numerous state and federal wildfire agencies, including the US Forest Service and the Department of the Interior.
