Deputy Chief Carlos Calvillo

Assistant Chief Los Angeles Fire Department

Assistant Chief Carlos Calvillo is a 30 year veteran of the Los Angeles Fire Department. He is currently the Commander of the Metro Fire Dispatch and has a background in hazardous materials and communications. He is a member of the department's WIFIRE program, a partnership with numerous local agencies and UC San Diego that provides real time data for fire modelling to firefighters in the field.
