Federico Fernandez Montanez

Born in Saltillo, Coahuila, on November 20, 1982, he holds a law degree. He has postgraduate studies from the School of Law and Criminology at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a specialty in Security Risk Control and Public Safety Analysis from the School of Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila.

He has served as a university professor at various institutions, including the School of Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila, Universidad La Salle Saltillo Campus, Universidad del Valle de México, and Universidad Autónoma del Noreste.
