William Bratton's 2021 presentation

William Bratton, America's most famous police officer of recent history, spoke at IDGA's Homeland Security event in 2021. The only man in history to have led both the LAPD and NYPD, William Bratton also previously advised the British government in dealing with crime in London and now serves as Chair of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, a post he has held since 2020. During his presentation, Mr. Bratton explored the evolving nature of policing in the digital world, the changing nature of law enforcement since 9/11, and the importance of both communication and training for police forces.
