Sean Allen

Chief, Forest Logistics & Support Florida Forest Service

Sean began his career with the Florida Forest Service in 2014, initially serving as a State Lands Forester. He was promoted to a Senior Forester position in 2018 and subsequently assumed the role of Center Manager for 5 years. In June 2023, he was further elevated to his current position as the Bureau Chief of Forest Logistics and Support. In this capacity, he oversees the four sections within the Bureau: Communications, Facility Maintenance and Construction, Information Technology, and Motor Vehicles and Equipment.

Sean graduated from the University of Maine in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and is a Florida Certified Public Manager. He is the Planning Section Chief of the Florida Forest Service Complex Incident Management Team 1 and has deployed both in state and nationally in various capacities over the last ten years.
