Lindsey Freedman

International Program Manager CAL FIRE

Lindsey Freedman serves as CAL FIRE's International Program Manager, where she oversees policy development, program analysis, and facilitates complex agreements with international cooperators. As the CAL FIRE liaison between interagency partners, international stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, Lindsey brings her deep bench of international programmatic expertise and strategic partnership management experience to support and strengthen CAL FIRE's global partnerships and advance cooperative partnership development opportunities. Lindsey holds a master's degree in international policy studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
