Kyle Tolosano serves as the Regional Aviation Officer with the U.S. Forest Service for the Pacific Southwest Region, supporting fire and aviation operations across California. With extensive experience in helicopter operations, aerial supervision, and interagency coordination, Kyle plays a key role in advancing aviation capabilities to support wildfire response and firefighter safety.

He has been closely involved in the development and expansion of helicopter coordination and night-flying programs, working with federal, state, and local partners to standardize training, qualifications, and operational procedures.
