Head of the Multinational Capability Cooperation Unit, Joachim Hofbauer, will present NFTE (NATO Flight Training Europe). He explains the ins and outs of the programme, including its value proposition. The initiative aims to reduce the trans-Atlantic burden-sharing and deliver aircrew training under favourable conditions. As a significant programme still in its relative infancy, his presentation gives us a window on things to come for NATO and its allies.
