IDGA: What is your role for FEMA’s Urban Search and Rescue Task Force? MM: I am the Program Manager for one of FEMA’s 28 Urban Search and Rescue Task Forces. These task forces are partnerships between the Federal Government and local governments to provide on-call trained responders to FEMA during times of disaster and emergency.
