Nic is a Customer Experience Consultant for the VA Secretary’s Customer Experience initiative. He works in the Veteran Experience Office’s Tools and Implementation Division (VEO T&I) and has been with the VEO and the VA since December 2016. He works out of Elizabeth Colorado.

Nic is retired with over 21 years of honorable active-duty service in the United States Army with 15 years of leadership positions in the Special Operations community.

He is a proven leader, and he excels at uniting individual and organizations, using his experiences and background in the Special Operations Intelligence community to build meaningful relationships, which empower individuals and organizations to develop solid and cohesive structures around which success can flourish.

He is skilled at developing and implementing changes key to meeting complex challenges and leading organizations to improve both mission and organizational effectiveness. His unquestioned integrity, as well as his highly congenial individual style; inspires trust, confidence and respect in others.

He is a highly resourceful and motivated problem solver and an innovative thinker, who is passionate about accountability, both personally and in others; because with accountability comes responsibility and through both, change is inevitable.
