Luther Cale is an innovative healthcare and technology leader with a passion for using learning and technology to enable individuals and organizations to grow and improve. Luther finds the greatest fulfillment from bringing new ideas, products, and businesses to market for high growth and high performance. Luther has been a leader within HealthStream during its start-up, growth, and enterprise phases, and he has served as a leader in multiple roles at HealthStream, including sales, marketing, business development, and product management, all focused on top-line and bottom-line growth and performance.
 In his current role, Luther oversees all aspects of HealthStream’s resuscitation and clinical deterioration solutions, including the launch and growth of new solutions in the marketplace. Luther is a founding member of the American Red Cross Innovation Council on Resuscitation and served as a liaison to the American College of Emergency Physician’s expert panel tasked with designing innovative programs for recognizing excellence in resuscitation during actual clinical practice. In addition, Luther is overseeing several pioneering initiatives with industry leaders to significantly improve outcomes from early recognition and prevention, improved data collection and usage, and enhanced educational approaches. Luther serves as a speaker and thought leader at various industry roundtables and events on the innovative use of technology in healthcare
