Candace J. Brandmayr has been a Computer Engineer at the Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) since April 2013. She is currently acting, Director of Engineering Services Division at the TAC. She works with VA offices and TAC contracting personnel to prepare their acquisition packages for solicitation. Prior to joining the Department of Veterans Affairs, Ms. Brandmayr served as Computer Engineer with the U.S. Army Research, Development, and Engineering Center (RDEC) Software Engineering Directorate (SED) where she provided systems and software engineering services for the acquisition and throughout the project lifecycle of the Army’s communications and avionics systems. Ms. Brandmayr holds a Federal Acquisition Certification Project/Program Management (FAC-P/PM) Level 2 Certification, a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Level II Certification, and a DAWIA Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering Level III Certification. Ms. Brandmayr has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics/Computer Science from Immaculata College (University) and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Monmouth University.
