Deputy A5T Pilot Training Transformation (CTO) US Air ForceBrian Kirk is the Pilot Training Transformation’s Chief Technology Officer and senior software engineer for the 19th AF. He has 26-years in government service 16 of them building software platforms for pilot training courseware. He has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Wayland Baptist.
