Deputy Technology Integration within the Flying Training Center of Excellence US Air ForceBrian Kirk is the deputy for Technology Integration within the Flying Training Center of Excellence (FT CoE) and senior software engineer for the 19th AF. He has 26 years in government service 16 of them building software platforms for pilot training courseware. He is also the chief architect for the Pilot Training Transformation (PTT) digital backbone.
