The 2026 IDGA Military Flight Training Summit returns to San Antonio on 27–28 October, bringing together 350+ senior military leaders, program managers, instructors, technology experts, and industry partners responsible for shaping the future of military flight training.

Chaired by Major General (USAF Ret.) Jim Sears, former Deputy Commander of Air Education and Training Command, this year's Summit will examine how the U.S. military and allied nations are accelerating training modernization through next-generation trainer aircraft, AI-enabled learning, advanced simulation, competency-based training, maintenance readiness, and data-driven performance assessment.

For organizations supporting the military flight training community, the Summit provides a unique opportunity to showcase capabilities, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and engage directly with the decision-makers driving future training requirements and investments.
