After serving four years in the Navy and later as a U.S. Army PSYOP reservist, Devan turned to entrepreneurship-playing key roles as an early employee and founder at weapons startups focused on missiles and drones.
Having worked across the full lifecycle of lethal autonomous systems, Devan recognized that the warhead remains the most decisive and underserved element of modern defense technology.
