Director, Weapons Systems and Technology U.S. Army - DEVCOM Armaments Center

Mr. DeVoe is a Senior Scientific Technical Manager (SSTM) and serves as the Director of Weapon Systems & Technology at the U.S. Combat Capabilities Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM AC), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.  As a recognized Technical Authority and Subject Matter Expert on integrated armament systems, he leads a world-class research and engineering organization engaged in research, development, engineering, prototype fabrication, assembly, integration, and testing as well as, manufacturing, production and field support of weapon systems and their enabling technologies.

Mr. DeVoe's senior career assignments include SSTM for Armament Systems Integration, Deputy Director of Systems Engineering within the Enterprise and Systems Integration Center and Competency Manager for Indirect Fire Armaments & Integration within the Weapons and Software Engineering Center. He also held several mid-management and technical positions in which he led the development and integration of Directed Energy, Small, Medium, and Large Caliber Armament Systems, to include supporting the U.S. Navy's Railgun Program as an Integrated Armaments SME.

Mr. DeVoe holds a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from The College of New Jersey.  He is a member of the Honorable Order of Saint Barbar, graduated from the Army Management Staff College's CES Advanced Course, has a certificate in Leadership Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, is Acquisition Certified at Level III in Engineering, and holds four (4) Patents on a variety of Armament technologies.
