Shawn Fiebiger

Shawn Fiebiger is a Program Manager for the Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Branch within the Infrastructure Security Division of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In this role, he is responsible for developing UAS security guidance, coordinating requests for temporary flight restrictions, and increasing public awareness on UAS security.

Prior to his arrival at CISA, Mr. Fiebiger was a nuclear weapon accountability and logistics subject matter expert supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in management of the U.S. stockpile. In this role, he provided guidance to Air Force, Navy, and Department of Energy weapon managers; authored monthly and annual reports to Congress and the Joint Staff; and managed weapon assignments.

Shawn is an experienced program manager and holds a MS in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland University College along with current CISSP, Security+, and PMP certifications.
