CEO IP Convergence CorporationJon Sysel is the CEO of IP Convergence Corporation (IPC) and a certified PMP Instructor and defense training expert specializing in counter-UAS operations. He is the inventor and patent holder of the Counter Drone Trainer (CDT) and related counter-drone ammunition technology. With over 15 years of experience supporting programs across DARPA, NSW, MCSF, and NECC, Jon has developed and delivered adaptive training solutions, including the Enhanced Marksmanship Training (EMT) program for the Marine Corps. He also created the “Tactical Employment of Small UAS” course for the U.S. Department of State’s SPEAR program and has conducted extensive live-fire drone threat testing. Under his leadership, IPC conducted the first to market Counter Drone Readiness live fire training, integrating operational tactics with real-world threat engagement setting a new standard in the field.
