Director, Technology Management & Integration PEO Soldier, Project Manager Soldier Survivability

John Kirejczyk serves as the Director of Technology Management and Integration for PEO Soldier, Project Manager Soldier Survivability, bringing over 20 years of dedicated federal service to the Department of Defense. Holding a dual undergraduate degree in Management and Engineering for Manufacturing from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Northeastern University, Mr. Kirejczyk combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive innovation in Soldier survivability capabilities.

In his current role, Mr. Kirejczyk leads efforts to identify, develop, and transition cutting-edge technologies that enhance Soldier protection and operational effectiveness. His work focuses on addressing emerging threats and ensuring the rapid integration of advanced capabilities into the hands of warfighters.

At this conference, Mr. Kirejczyk will represent PEO Soldier in a panel discussion on the “Whole of Army C-sUAS approach: integrating CUAS capabilities across army operations.” He will provide insights into the Soldier Common Counter-sUAS (C-sUAS) system, emphasizing how it empowers Soldiers to detect and respond to small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) threats in dynamic combat environments, enhances survivability in GNSS-denied and sensor-saturated conditions, and supports the Army’s broader strategic goals of layered defense and interoperability.
