Major Dave Webb

Major Dave Webb was born in Newark, Delaware and graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina where he was commissioned as an Armor officer through ROTC.

Major Webb's command assignments include Commander, C TRP and HHT, 4th Squadron 10th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division where he deployed to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia under Operation Spartan Shield

Major Webb's non-command assignment include service as a Platoon Leader, later HHT Executive Officer of 1st Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment while supporting Regionally Aligned Forces – ARFICOM. Major Webb also served as a Battalion Planner for HHBN, 1st Infantry Division where he deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Following his command time in the 4th Infantry Division, Major Webb served as the Executive Officer for the Deputy Director of Futures and Concepts Center, Army Futures Command. Currently, Major Webb serves as a G5 planner and leads the Transformation in Contact cell at the 1st Cavalry Division.

Major Webb's military education includes Armor Basic Officer Leader Course, Maneuver Captain's Career Course, Cavalry Leaders Course, the Command and General Staff College, and the School of Advanced Military Studies.

Major Webb's civilian education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel, a Master of Operational Science degree from the Command and General Staff College, and a Masters of Military Operations from the School of Advanced Military Studies.

Major Webb's military awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (1OLC), the Joint Service Commendation Medal, the Army Commendation Medal (4OLC), the Army Achievement Medal (3OLC), Joint Meritorious Unit Commendation (1OLC), Inherent Resolve Campaign Medal (1 Campaign Star), and the GWOT Expeditionary Medal. He has also been awarded the German Armed Forces Badge, and the Norwegian Foot March Badge.

Major Webb and his wife Paige have six children: Elaina (13), Henry (9), Kinsley (8), Crew (5), Banks (4), and Senna (3).
