Chris has supported the development of GKN’s Additive Manufacturing technology for over 10 years and currently leads strategy and product insertion of Laser Metal Deposition – wire (LMD-w) technology into production environments. Previously, he managed GKN’s LMD-w development team in the US and worked as a project manager for both Additive Manufacturing and other metallic technology projects including Friction Stir Welding, automation, and machining.
