Brant Dayley

Vice President, Integrated Energy & Propulsion GM Defense

Brant is responsible for identifying domestic growth opportunities and for shaping customer and partner requirements that align with GM Defense’s core capabilities. Prior to joining GM Defense, Brant served as the director of Global Capability Analysis & Assessment for Raytheon Missiles & Defense and as the mission executive for the company’s Customer Immersion Center.

Prior to his private sector experience, Brant served 30 years in the U.S. Army. He was an Air & Missile Defense Officer and served on the Joint, Army and Interagency Staff as a division chief and director.

Brant earned an undergraduate degree in environmental engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and Master of Science degrees from Florida Institute of Technology, Air University and National Defense University.
