It is defined as the defense systems capable of reducing the effectiveness of weapon guidance devices. The aim of the electronic defense system is to incapacitate the enemy’s weapon systems by generating electromagnetic jamming signals. It is the collection of equipments such as signal intelligence, electronic intelligence, communication intelligence, electronic support measures, electronic counter measures and information warfare.
