In this IDGA exclusive interview, Colonel Richard Samuels, USAF Deputy Commander SOCAFRICA, US AFRICOM, examines the role and current priorities within SOCAFRICA. As troops are withdrawn from Afghanistan (Operation Enduring Freedom) there is a greater demand on special operations forces.
