Obama Approves $636B Defense Budget
For ground forces, the budget provides $6.3 billion for the mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) vehicle fund in order to complete procurement of more than 6,600 new MRAP all-terrain vehicles (MRAP-ATVs) to be used in Afghanistan.
