There is no conference without an audience – without our delegates. The delegate sales team is responsible for attracting attendees to each of our events.

Everyday our delegate sales people are on the phone selling IDGA products to existing and potential customers, networking, gathering referrals, and exploring new markets. The goal is to increase delegate attendance and therefore increase revenue. The role is simultaneously challenging, intensive, rewarding and fun. The job attracts employees who are customer focussed, personable and highly motivated. Our expectations and standards are high, but so is the quality of our training. Whether you’re using our internal CRM system for leads, or doing your own lead research, you will be pitching daily to potential customers from Government, the military and their accompanying solution and service providers. The successful candidate will receive training on our systems and processes to ensure they transition into the role successfully and make themselves a lot of money in commissions.
