Once a conference has been developed, the producers brief our marketers, who immediately set about writing copy and creating plans for how the conference can be promoted. Our marketers inspire and persuade, and are constantly searching for new promotional channels and opportunities. Naturally, they work closely with the Delegate and Sponsorship Sales teams. From booking media space to mining delegate databases, every day is different for the marketing team. The team works across multiple projects and liaises with a wide variety of people.
