Everyday our delegate sales people are on the phone selling IDGA products to existing and potential customers, networking, gathering referrals, and exploring new markets. The goal is to increase delegate attendance and therefore increase revenue. The role is simultaneously challenging, intensive, rewarding and fun. The job attracts employees who are customer focussed, personable and highly motivated. Our expectations and standards are high, but so is the quality of our training.
