Cemetery Review Finds Veterans’ and Families’ Remains Buried in Wrong Places

A review of all the graves in America’s national cemeteries uncovered 15 sets of remains that were buried in the wrong places and 800 other problems, the Department of Veterans Affairs has revealed.
