Dave Sloniker is a former member of the Senior Executive Service and retired Army Medical Service Corps officer with over 30 years of experience specializing in Healthcare Supply Chain. In his newly created role at TISTA, he will collaborate with business units to deliver innovative solutions to government and commercial clients and drive growth integrating the Healthcare IT and Supply Chain sectors. During Dave’s tenure at the VA he was responsible for Supply Chain Modernization efforts across the Department of Veterans Affairs. During Dave’s Army career, he led organizations that provided direct healthcare delivery, healthcare supply chain IT solutions, and medical materiel and biomedical maintenance logistics services. Education Dave holds a Master of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College, a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University, and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington, Seattle. Recently, Dave completed courses in Influence and Persuasion in Leadership and Effective Organizational Communications from Harvard University. Interests Dave in enjoys spending time with his family which is becoming increasingly difficult as both of his adult children are Active Duty Army Medical Service Corps officers. Dave also enjoys reading, traveling, experiencing new cultures, stand-up paddleboarding, and is an Advanced Rescue rated SCUBA diver.
