The VA is not alone in delivering benefits to Veterans. State level groups, like Virginia’s Department of Veteran Service, help to close gaps and deliver service to veterans that are not provided by or in conjunction with the VA. This unique case study will look at how one of the top level organizations in this space works and will allow the attendee to:
·         Placing the role that state level programs play in the Veteran Care Ecosystem
·         Learning how state partners have brought service to veterans and what the VA can learn from them
·         Identifying the gaps between levels of service and understanding how to fill them
