Kelly Wilson,
DNP, RN, is a Clinical Customer Experience Analyst at UNC Health Care, where
she leads enterprise-wide experience improvement strategies for 11 locations. A
nurse for more than 20 years and trained in Lean Six Sigma , Wilson has
participated in many successful initiatives in
physician and patient engagement, quality and safety, auditing, clinical
research , and process improvement. She earned Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing
and Biology as well as a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Health Care Systems from
the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. One of her areas of
interest is enhancing interprofessional collaborative practice to improve
patient outcomes as well as both patient and employee experience. She is a
published thought leader who has received certificates for quality, safety,
compassionate leadership and nursing education.
