Nathan Cornell is the Program Manager for Operational Energy in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Installations, Energy and Environment). In that role, he shapes Army strategic guidance and policy, oversees Army programs, and develops strategic communications for Army leaders on operational energy and contingency basing. Mr. Cornell is also an Army veteran, having served for 32 years in Infantry and logistics assignments at all levels, most recently on the Army Staff in the office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Logistics (G-4). He worked in private industry for many years in manufacturing operations, purchasing, and logistics. His education includes degrees from the University of Central Oklahoma, and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
