Sgt. Elijah Williams

Elijah Williams is a UAS Instructor Operator and Division Master Trainer with over six years of experience supporting Group 1–3 unmanned aircraft systems operations, training, and standardization. He has accumulated more than 500 Aircraft Commander flight hours, with expertise in instructor development, operations management, and aircrew progression. His work focuses on building scalable UAS training pipelines that enhance readiness, safety, and operational effectiveness across diverse mission sets.

Following the divestment of his assigned aircraft Elijah Williams has shifted focus to instructing, developing and mentoring soldiers with little to no experience on sUAS platforms, 3D printing and FPV operations. Serving as one of the key figures in the establishment of 2nd Brigades Initial Qualification Training (IQT) and Master Trainer course, he has certified over 100 soldiers as mission qualified and 15 soldiers as master trainers across 3rd Infantry Division.
