Colonel Eric Reagan

Col. Eric M. Reagan is the Senior Materiel Leader for Advanced Aircraft and the Director of the Agile Development Office, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Ohio. He leads a team of over 600 military, civil service, and contract support personnel to develop the Next Generation Air Dominance (NGAD) Family of Systems, which includes the F-47 and the Collaborative Combat Aircraft programs, along with other advanced aircraft capability development activities.

Col. Reagan received his commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program at the University of Oklahoma, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has held a variety of acquisition, maintenance, and senior leader staff positions. His materiel-related assignments include Senior Materiel Leader (Group Command equivalent) for Advanced Combat Systems in the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office, Materiel Leader (Squadron Command equivalent) for the B-2 weapon system, and program manager and engineer positions in the C/KC-135, B-2, Rapid Capabilities Office and weapons program offices. He was an aircraft maintenance officer at Shaw AFB, South Carolina, where he led F-16CJ flight-level maintenance activities and deployed in support of OPERATION NORTHERN WATCH. Col. Reagan has also served in the US Special Operations Command and the Joint Staff, and he is a Joint Qualified Officer.

Col. Reagan holds the Department of War Acquisition Corps Advanced Certification in Acquisition Program Management. Prior to assuming his current position, Col. Reagan was the Senior Military Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics, where he coordinated across a 500-member headquarters staff and acted as a key link to a senior staff of 37 General Officer-level directors and program executive officers.
