Mr. Rich Totleben was appointed as an Army Civilian Professional in January 2006 after retiring from a 24-year career as an Active-Duty U.S. Army Infantry Officer. He assumed his current position as the Deputy Director, Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL) in March 2020. As the Deputy Director, Mr. Totleben assists the CALL Director in leading the Army Lessons Learned Program in the delivery of timely and relevant information to resolve gaps, enhance readiness, and inform modernization.
